This is a great method. The problem for me is that the algae still comes back. I saw other videos about a product called Pool RX you keep in your skimmer. Supposedly this stuff is a miracle worker and keeps the algae out saving you all of this work and trouble. I just ordered. Hopefully it’s as good as they say.

I don't know how it worked for you, but when I tried putting a fork style terminal on a 4 gauge wire while using a 3 pound hammer, that hammer crimper just kept bouncing around and the wire remained uncrimped the entire time.

I have some beautiful 25 year old heart redwood that has been stored and stacked and never used. I have 2x12's and 1x12 pieces that are 12 feet long. I'm brainstorming how I'll cut and assemble these doors.

Doesn't seem to work on my newer one. On the first step it either doesn't snag at all or snags every five numbers. I know the combination and I still can't feel a difference between the true and false gates even as a psychological trick.

Just curious, if you just tried to open the door and it won't open, locked or unlocked, how do you get it open to assess anything???

Now you can completely replace the whole unit or you can just keep doing this over and over and over again every time you wanna get inside your car, but remember you're going to have to use another door to get in the car to do this ...

I've had that problem, I held my doorhandle up, while prying the latch open, and got lucky, it fixed it. Lightly greased it up, and it hasn't failed since.

I once had to remove a door panel to fix a stuck door. The question to fix it made me cringe. I went at it with 100% failure in mind & wouldn't you know... I had that panel off and door opened in 5 minutes. Everyone, especially me, was amazed. No. I do not ever wish to be challenged on this ever again

I had my back door get stuck in the open position. I leaned the latch and slammed it. It finally closed, but that door has been closed for a couple years now 😂

Hi Apache, I lucked out and stumbled on a zt-3100, right, for $15.00. The guy I got it from said his new one was around $800. He mentioned that there may not be anything wrong with it. After getting it home, I noticed that the charge pump cover looked new, and that it's the heavy cover. I found out that if you put this on the wrong way nothing works. So, I may have a good transmission. I'll have to check it somehow, before I start surgery on it. The reason I bought this was to do a practice run. My left transmission is acting strangely. I got this mower from the neighbor. He said that the left transmission would sometimes quit when it got hot. The fan only had 3 blades left on it. The transmission has a leak somewhere. Haven't chased that down yet. But, I replaced the fan and the mower ran great for the 3-4 hours it takes to cut my place. I've cut my grass about 5 or 6 times now. I have experienced my left transmission starts "growling" and losing power a few times. If I get off, pull the bypass, and do a purge, I can usually take off again. I'm wondering if this transmission is one of the recalled ones with the fiber ball. Anyhow, I appreciate the video. If I have to open this up, I hopefully have a bunch of extra parts from the $15.00 transmission. I spent that much just getting a cooling fan.
